Newtons motions have been my go and will continue that way given how great the 13s are. I’ve run every distance in them— 5k to ultra and they’ve been perfect for speed + form.

Absolutely love the new Motion 13’s

The best just got better. Super comfortable and super fast. The energy return feels similar to many carbon plated shoes. The extra plush ride makes for a faster recovery and improved comfort on harder surfaces. Newton has always been a favored trail shoe but the Motion 13’s are every bit as good on the road, for any race distance from 5K to marathon. Kudos to the Newton Designers for developing a truly amazing running shoe.
