Healthy Running medical education covers advanced running form, strength training, range of motion, aerobic development, motor skill development, injury assessment, treatment and running shoe prescription. These courses may provide up to 16 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours are appropriate for medical professionals and people with a solid understanding of running physiology and human anatomy.
