EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need a different size or model contact us right away, and we'll exchange the shoe. Please note the following:

• The shoes can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• Please see your retailer if you purchased your shoes in a store.
• If you purchased your shoes over the phone or web, please call (877-860-7695) or email us at "Contact Us" to let us know that you need to exchange the shoes. Please have your order number available. We usually can ship out a new pair within 2 business days.
• Let us know the new size or model you would like to receive. We will ship out the new pair within 2 business days
• For US-based customers we will include a pre-paid return mailing label. Sorry, we cannot reimburse shipping costs for international exchanges.
• Pack your return shoes in their original packaging and send it using the pre-paid mailing label.
• Please include your return address.
• We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
