The Perfect Running Accessory
The Milestone Pod is a must for all runners of all abilities. I have several pods on all of my rotating running shoes and love the information that I receive post run. The data is an essential key to improvement and performing at my best. I never have to worry about battery life or the hassle of syncing the pod to my computer. If there is anything someone challenging about the pods, it is that I would love for them to be more secure on my laces. Maybe a stronger, more encompassing case that clips onto my shoe or laces would work a little better. However, this product is highly recommended and a runner's best friend!

Love the metrics
The metrics that the Milestone Pod provides are very detailed. The pace, distance, cadence are great! The foot strike (heel, mid, toe), stance time, rate of impact, stride length, leg swing, runficiency are totally invaluable to improving my form. The graphs of these metrics (e.g., Pace vs. Stance Time, etc.) over the duration of the run allows me to see how they change over time. Totally motivating to improve my running form and it makes me want to run to see how the metrics change in real data!

Saves my knees!
I use the Milestone Pod with my Newton Boco Sols. I tend to just alternate between 2 pair but lose track of how many miles I have on each pair. I have a Milestone Pod on each pair to keep track of my miles. Now I enjoy all the cool statistics and I know when to change my shoes BEFORE my knees start to hurt!

Great piece of training equipment
The metrics and statistical feedback is really valuable to 1-improve your running form, and 2-injury prevention. Analyzing your stance time, leg swing, impact, and cadence displays areas of improvement and is motivating when you see your metrics improving. The "tips" are a great feature as well. Best tool for $25!

I'be been running with the pod for about two weeks. After some initial frustration on how to operate it I'm very happy . Easy to use and great feedback! Don't need to carry a smartphone with you, just run and then tap the download button when your done. Short money for GPS tracking andall that goes with it!!

Very easy to use and surprisingly accurate. Its such a great tool to help improve running. I love the insights being sent which highlights slight changes to your stance time and cadence which i found are important for a better and more efficient run experience. I've been running with my Pod for about a month now and it's provided me with some great data. I own Newtons and have been very actively trying to be a toe striker but the Pod has informed me otherwise. I'm striking my heel almost 100% of the time so I've had to take a step back and re-evaluate my running style. All the other aspects of the data provided have been positive and above average for my age so not everything has been bad news. I'm hoping that with the help of my pod and I can continue to transition to be more of pose style runner and continue the other positive aspects of my running mechanics. Great product, I would highly recommend.

Convenient and useful data
We all have seen and heard about the IoT and all the various devices. I have tried a bunch and have a graveyard of unused bracelets and other devices in my closet collecting dust. Milestone Pod is on my shoes. because it works and provides the most accurate data that I actually care about and use to improve my workouts.

I was skeptical of a device like this but found it did a LOT more than just track distance run or number of steps. The metrics for stride length, foot strike, and leg swing helped me improve the quality and length of my runs.

Help Improve Technique and Track Shoe Mileage
The feature telling me how many miles I have logged on my shoes is just the start, as it helps me replace my shoes BEFORE they cause problems. Further functions, like leg swing and impact, can help you understand where you may work on your technique to increase speed and efficiency or to minimize the chance of injury.
