EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need a different size or model contact us right away. Newton Running offers an exchange within 30 days of your internet purchase. Please contact your retailer if you purchased your shoes in a store.
There are two exchange policies available at Newton Running.
Standard Exchange
Contact us or call us at (877) 860-7695. Let us know your order number, new size or model that you would like to receive. We will email you a pre-paid return label. Package the item and drop it off at your local UPS station. Upon receipt of the item, Newton Running will send you the exchange shoe requested.
Criss/Cross Exchange
For the fastest service, contact us or call us at (877) 860-7695 to request an exchange. Please have your order number available. Within 2 business days, we will send out your requested item(s), also including a pre-paid return label to return for the first pair. Newton will temporarily charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item(s). When Newton Running receives the item(s) being cross- shipped, the additional charges will be refunded.
Please note the following for all exchanges:
- Please include your name and return address.
- We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
- Newton Running cannot reimburse international shipping costs.
