How do I buy the shoes?

How do I find my tracking number?
After the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification to the e-mail address you used for placing the order. The e-mail notification will include your UPS tracking number and a link to the UPS tracking website.
My shoes seem too big/small – how do I exchange them?
Please see our exchange information page for instructions if you receive your shoes through newtonrunning.com and the fit is not correct. You must receive a return authorization in order to exchange the shoes. If you purchased the shoes through one of our retailers, please take the shoes directly back to the retailer to process your exchange.
Is there a retailer near me?

Do you have a guarantee?
We offer all our customers the same 30-day, no questions asked, return and/or exchange on their shoe purchases.
How do I return the shoes?
Please see the Return Policy page on our website for instructions if you want to return your shoes. You must receive a return authorization in order to return the shoes.
