North American Orders

There are currently four ways you can purchase a pair of Newton Running Shoes:

  • Order them online
  • Give us a call:

  • Purchase them in person at any of the North American Ironman and certain running expos. See the full event schedule.
  • Purchase them in person at any of our retailers.

International Online Orders

We have distributors and retailers in over 30 countries around the world!

Canadian orders can be placed on newtonrunning.com and will be shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, and therefore not subject to local taxes, fees or duties. Note that some items are not available in Canada (apparel, accessories and Classic models). Canadian orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 2-3 business days.

Customers located outside of North America should place orders through local retailers, or where available, through our distributor websites to avoid additional duties and taxes:

  • United Kingdom orders should be made through our Newton Running UK website.
  • Australian orders should be made through our Newton Running Australian website.
  • New Zealand orders should be made through dcmsport.com.
  • Japanese orders must be made through our Newton Running Japanese website.
  • Mexico - Due to high duties and import taxes, we are unable to ship from the US to our customers in Mexico. Mexican orders should be made through our Mexican distributor: trail-sport.com.
  • European customers are encouraged to contact a retailer near you to save significantly in taxes, duties and fees.

Online customers shopping from all other countries:

  • After you place an order on newtonrunning.com please contact our customer service department to confirm details of your order. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your approval.
  • If we do not receive your approval within 10 days we will automatically cancel the order.
  • We send all international orders via UPS Expedited Service. Please note that this shipping method includes transportation only. Any local taxes, fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you refuse delivery on an approved order all shipping and Custom fees will still be charged to the customer.

If you are a retailer in a country outside of the US/Canada and want to sell Newton Running Shoes, please contact your distributor.

Shipping

  • Shipping to P.O. boxes is not allowed anywhere by UPS. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
  • Orders placed before 10 a.m. MST will ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 10 a.m. MST will ship the next business day.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air orders placed before 4 p.m. MST will ship that same business day.
  • UPS Ground orders do not ship on weekends, and orders placed after 10 a.m. on Fridays will ship on the following business day.
  • Canadian customers’ orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver and require time for processing. Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 2-3 business days.

Return Policy & Guarantee

Newton Running is proud to provide the best Customer Service in the industry, and we’ve enjoyed growing, along with our customer base, since 2007.

Newton Running's Standard Return & Exchange Policy

Newton Running offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Newton shoes, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and tell us why you would like to return your Newton Running shoes. *Purchases made through 3rd Party channels are not eligible for return/exchange

To exchange/return Newton shoes purchased at a US or Canadian retailer:

Simply contact the retail partner through whom you purchased your Newtons, and they will oversee your exchange or return. Retail partners all maintain their own return and exchange policies, so purchases made through a retail channel are subject to that retailer’s policy.

To exchange/return Newton shoes purchased through newtonrunning.com:

Return authorizations are required for all exchanges and returns. Contact Newton Running Customer Service at 877.860.7695 within 30 days of purchase to either exchange your Newton shoes, or return them for a refund.

Exchanges:

  • For US customers, Newton Running will send out the item(s) requested for exchange, and include a prepaid UPS return label to use in returning your first pair.
  • Newton Running provides a 15 day grace period for exchange shoes. Your credit card will be charged for the 2nd pair if it is not received in our warehouse within 15 days.
  • Exchanges must be enclosed in the original shoe box and returned in a separate outer box if possible.
  • We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
  • Newton Running cannot reimburse international shipping costs, including Canada.

Returns:

  • For US customers, we will email you a pre-paid return mailing label. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for international returns.
  • Returns must be enclosed in the original shoe box and returned in in separate outer box if possible.
  • Refunds for the cost of your shoes only (original shipping excluded) are issued based on the original form of payment. Once your shoes have been received at the Newton Running warehouse (typically 2-3 business days after delivery), your refund will be processed and we will issue a credit to your credit card within 7 business days. Note that issuing banks vary greatly in the time they take to post refund credits, so please allow 1-2 billing cycles after your credit is applied.
  • We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange/return policy.

In the case of defective items, contact us via email at support@newtonrunning.com, with the following:

  • First and last name
  • Proof of purchase (scanned receipt or bank statement)
  • Date of purchase
  • Approximate mileage
  • Primary use (running, walking, gym use, etc.)
  • Picture of the damaged or defective area
  • Picture of the outsole
  • Your shipping address
  • Style number from patch sewn into tongue
  • Brief description of the damaged or defective area

With this information, we will consider your situation, and we will reply to you via email.

Please Note:

When used as intended, Newton Running shoes have a life expectancy of 350-500 miles, or about three to six months. The Newton MV3 is a racing flat, and its life expectancy is 150-250 miles, or about three to six months.
