Canadian orders can be placed on newtonrunning.com and will be shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, and therefore not subject to local taxes, fees or duties. Note that some items are not available in Canada (apparel, accessories and Classic models). Canadian orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 2-3 business days.
Customers located outside of North America should place orders through local retailers, or where available, through our distributor websites to avoid additional duties and taxes:

Newton Running's Standard Return & Exchange Policy
Newton Running offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Newton shoes, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and tell us why you would like to return your Newton Running shoes.
To exchange/return Newton shoes purchased at a US or Canadian retailer:
Simply contact the retail partner through whom you purchased your Newtons, and they will oversee your exchange or return. Retail partners all maintain their own return and exchange policies, so purchases made through a retail channel are subject to that retailer’s policy.
To exchange/return Newton shoes purchased through newtonrunning.com:
Return authorizations are required for all exchanges and returns. Contact Newton Running Customer Service at 877.860.7695 within 30 days of purchase to either exchange your Newton shoes, or return them for a refund.
For US customers, Newton Running will send out the item(s) requested for exchange, and include a prepaid UPS return label to use in returning your first pair.
Newton Running provides a 15 day grace period for exchange shoes. Your credit card will be charged for the 2nd pair if it is not received in our warehouse within 15 days.
Exchanges must be enclosed in the original shoe box and returned in a separate outer box if possible.
We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
Newton Running cannot reimburse international shipping costs, including Canada.
For US customers, we will email you a pre-paid return mailing label. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for international returns.

Refunds for the cost of your shoes only (original shipping excluded) are issued based on the original form of payment. Once your shoes have been received at the Newton Running warehouse (typically 2-3 business days after delivery), your refund will be processed and we will issue a credit to your credit card within 7 business days. Note that issuing banks vary greatly in the time they take to post refund credits, so please allow 1-2 billing cycles after your credit is applied.

When used as intended, Newton Running shoes have a life expectancy of 350-500 miles, or about three to six months. The Newton MV2 is a racing flat, and its life expectancy is 150-250 miles, or about three to six months.
