RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
Our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy is designed to let you slowly test the shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, simply contact us right away and tell us why you would like to return your Newton Running shoes.
The shoes can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
Return Procedures
- Please see your retailer if you purchased the shoes in a store.
- If you purchased your shoes over the phone or web, please call (877) 860-7695 or Contact Us via our contact page to let us know why you want to return the shoes and to get a return authorization. You must receive a return authorization in order to process your return.
- For US-based customers we will email you a pre-paid return mailing label. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for international returns.
- Returns must be enclosed in the original shoe box and packaged in a separate shipping box in order to receive full credit for your return.
- Please include your return address.
- Please let us know why you are returning the shoes.
- Refunds for the cost of your shoes only (original shipping excluded) are issued based on the original form of payment. Your account will be credited within 2 business days of receipt of the shoes at the Newton warehouse. Note: issuing banks vary greatly in the time they take to post refund credits. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to receive credit.
- We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
