I'm All About Newton Now

Recently had been reading more about the benefits of lower heel to toe drop shoes to promote better/more natural running form, less injuries etc. Newton was one of the brands that came up in my research so decided to give these shoes a try. I will admit, it took about 1 month for me to get used to these lower profile shoes. For a few weeks I felt like I had calf strains, then I was a little tender in my achilles. After about a month tho and only running in them for 2 miles or so at a time, my legs and feet feel great! Today I completed a 10k trail race in these and my legs and feet felt good the entire race! I find the lugs definitely reinforce that mid foot landing which I probably didn't focus on too much when I wore higher stacked shoes. Thank you Newton and I look forward to trying more of your shoes. Keep the bright colors coming. I get asked about my shoes all the time!
