These shoes are excellent for all types of training especially if you have high arches, light and flexible, not like over complicated trainers with extra weight that makes one’s foot feel like bricks with each step...

Love these runners! Light weight, breathable mesh body and all the support you need for every part of your foot! Love the color and the fact that made out of recycled water bottles! Beyond happy with these! And amazing customer service follow up after purchase, such a great company!

Glad I gave this pair a try. I’m a die hard gravity and prefer Womens specific shoes here. Perfect right out of the box. What I love about this shoe is the cool mesh material. Great for any running in hot environments! Subtle stability that feels great!

Note: I do take the 1/2 size increase suggestion. Using anything other than thin socks-higher size feels best, especially in toe box.

I love my new light, bright, cute, and comfy Newtons! I had to go a full 1 size up though for them to fit me as they are definitely a tight fit. I went 9 instead of 8 I wear with some other brands.
