What Makes Newton Unique?

More Foam, More Fun
Our first super cushion shoe combines next gen NRG+™ and Hytrel® foams to minimize impact while the sculpted rocker geometry is designed to amplify forward momentum and minimize weight. The result? An amazingly soft but versatile shoe that feels just as great logging long miles as it does wearing around casually.

Next Level Technology
The new Split-Lug Action Reaction Technology™ is designed to maximize rebound for a smoother, more energetic ride. Equipped with 8 independent flex lugs that compress and spring back like a trampoline, they reduce impact and return energy with each stride and work in harmony with the XPS+ Peebax plate to keep you stable and in total control.

Crafted For Comfort
The Adaptive-Fit seamless air mesh molds to the shape of your foot and lets air flow freely; while features like a non-friction lining and multi-positional lacing system provide the security and comfort that makes it feel like it was built just for you.

What Our Runners Think
I wasn’t sure whether a Newton with a higher drop and less pronounced lugs would still have the Newton magic, but this shoe does! Perfect for easy days, longer runs, and still capable of picking up the tempo when you want to. When I have that “I just wanna go for a run” feeling, this is the shoe I’m grabbing.
I LIKE THE ISSAC BETTER THAT THE MOTION OR GRAVITY WHICH A HAVE BEEN USING FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. I LIKE THE CUSHIONING AND REBOUND. i HAVE BETTER BALENCE AND DO NOT DRAG MY HEALS
The Isaac is a great show for the nice easy recovery days to wear for running or just to walk around town. I have enjoyed my running and walking miles in the shoe.
I only use Newton Mid food strike shoes for last 10 Yrs. It's excellent
I have suffered with foot issues since I started running 5 years ago, usually middle toe going to sleep and instep pain. Newtons in general have helped mitigate the issues for the most part. However when I fly and that's what I do for a living #wherecanyournewtonstakeyou . Foot fatigue has been an issue and hindrance to the enjoyment of running. The Isaac may be the new go to shoe for travel. After several long days in the air and shorter 1-2 mile runs and long walks, I finally got the opportunity to put them to a real test on a 5K in Hilo Hawaii. I had NO, O, NADA, NONE no pain at all (other than the actual running part :-) The forefoot strike did take a min to get used to the extra cushioning, and leaning back into the stride when adjusting pace also took a little adjustment because of the extra height at mid foot. The only complaint is there gray I love the bright colors so Ill for sure be getting a second pair when a new color comes out.
