This shoe just keeps getting better

Best Motion yet! The combination of a new foam and new insert create a feel that is both familiar and improved. The transition feel is smooth. Whether it’s long, easy miles or some tempo pace work, you’re gonna love this Motion 11!

Motion

I discovered Motions by accident. I knew I would be running some trails and didn't want to get my other shoes trashed. They were surprisingly perefct! I prefer the feel of Motions on anything not flat, paved surface. I land pretty mid-foot and am not a natural runner. I'm pretty hard landing on my legs especially when I get fatigued. The Motions can take a beating. The firmer density foam in the mid-sole doesn't effect my stride when running but I feel it if I'm just walking around. If you are a Neutral foot but prefer the color of the Motion, go for it! You will love them!
