Action/Reaction TechnologyTM

The magic powering Newton Running shoes is the revolutionary full foot Action/Reaction TechnologyTM system. The lugs on the sole compress and rebound as you move through each stride, creating a responsive, trampoline-like cushioning system that provides greater impact absorption, quicker bounce-back, and less energy loss than traditional foam-core running shoes.

Best running shoes

I’ve been running in Newtons for 10 years and will never run in anything else!

Fast & comfortable

This the shoe if you pronate and need stability. And, it’s not heavy like the other stability shoes. I move faster in these without trying. If you orínate, the Kismet is not good, even though it says “stability”. The distance said stab., but now it says “neutral@. But the ones I have are great.

Women’s Distance

I like my shoes but find the soles wear faster than other brands. I believe this brings the problem that we hear often when we run when it’s wet outside, the hissing sound. I believe it comes from the front tread bars.
I like the placement of everything on the mesh around the toe area around my pinky toe. It does not cause any pain since no lines are on it, only mesh. Please keep it that way.

Same great quality but runs a but small

The primary thing that I love about Newton’s is that they always feel and fit great, straight out of the box. This time, I was surprised that the size 8 felt more like a 7.5. So much so that I ran in them last night and thought, 'I may have to exchange them for an 8.5.' I have run in Newton's for years and have never had to do that. The only other thing that could use improvement is the length of the laces. I have a very narrow foot with a high arch and I have JUST ENOUGH laces to tie them with a single knot ... something that's imperative for longer runs. Who wants to have to stop and tie their sneakers mid-flight?? Still a huge + faithful fan!
