Comfortable

I run in the Distance but I work in the hospital wearing my Catalyst. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and take off during long shifts. I’ve gotten numerous compliments from other hospital employees and patients as they like the appearance of this shoe. I like the lightness and comfort.

Catalyst has Built In Air Conditioning for Your Feet!

I tried the Catalyst for the first time and loved them. I use them for CrossFit classes and running errands after gym. They are so lightweight and they have built in air conditioning for your feet with the tiny mesh holes all over. I paired my black Catalyst with the black socks. I love how responsive they feel while running. I put them through a tough CrossFit workout at LAF and OTF! I was not sure how they would compare to my normal Gravity but I love how light weight they are an how they look too. Catalyst is another Newton winner so great job Newton. You can actually feel the air moving around while wearing them which is pretty cool.

I love them for the gym! They run very small! I wear a 8 1/2 in the Fate and I should have gone up at least a half size larger in the Catalyst.
