Excellent all weather running shoe.
I usually run in the Newton Fate II shoes, but use these Gravity V All Weather shoes on slushy or rainy days. They keep your feet dry and warm, but will end up a bit wet on longer runs although much less than regular shoes. I prefer the P.O.P. 2 over the P.O.P. 1 but these Gravity V shoes are excellent and do their job with ease. I noticed that they are heavier than the Fate 2 and I think they switched the weights up in error. The Gravity V All Weather weighed in at 270 grams and the Fate 2 came in at 240 grams (size 8.5 mens). I would give these a 4.5 out of 5 but rounded up since they looked mean and menacing in all black.

Great... but
Love the black shoe especially during the winter, looks super cool. Quality and ride I s what you expect from the Gravity. The upper tongue is very stiff from the AW treatment. I had to lace it down after wearing a thin sock and wearing a raw spot on the top of my foot. Maybe it's short as another reviewer mentioned, but I think a softer treatment at the very top would do the trick. I did simply adjust the lacing and worked it out though.

Almost nailed it!
I've been waiting for the return of an all weather shoe since the Motus AW was discontinued several years ago, so I was happy to see the Gravity V AW. Same feel as the regular Gravity, but the upper is sturdier. Because of this, the upper is a bit stiffer, but not a big deal. The tongue is a bit too short, as it has a habit of migrating back down into the shoe, so the last lace cross can dig into my foot. If you can make the tongue a bit longer, you'd get my 5th star for this shoe.
