The “Tri” in Tri Racer refers to more than swim, bike, run. For Professional Crossfitter Dwight Upshaw it was Kettlebells, Pull Ups, Track. Sometimes Dwight runs 2:40 marathons, and sometimes he deadlifts small cars. Over the weekend he finished 4th overall at the Wyoming Open.
