My shins are grateful

I’ve been running without shin splints since I switched to zero/low drop shoes ~15 years ago, but a brief encounter with some max cushion shoes and a treadmill made me feel like my lower legs had disintegrated. A little rest and my Newton Gravity 13s has completely settled the issue. The lugs remind me of my favorite old trail running shoes. I love them so much I just picked up a pair of Momentum for my long runs.
