The Elite is a true homage to the purist racing heritage of Newton. A modified version of our minimalistic racer initially only available to our elite race teams, it’s become a favorite for those looking for spike-like performance but want enough structure and cushion for fast miles.

I have a long narrow foot with high arch and these fit amazing. I thought my prior running shoe (which they conveniently stopped making) were light but these are truly lightest shoe I've run in. It didn't take long to adjust to natural running form/shoe as my prior was a low drop and I'm big on running form. I was told about Newton from an elite marathon runner at a small local road race and not only are the shoes amazing, I love that the company is small, gives back, and is aware of the environment as I live in a New England seaside community and enjoy being on and in the water as much running by the ocean every morning.

Admittedly Newton’s are all I run in. With that being said these shoes feel so good on a run, light, yet supportive. My new faves & gorgeous colors

Light, fast, flexible

My favorite running shoe. Roads, trails, everything. Minimal support great for racing and trails offers protection while allowing you to feel the terrain. I have a narrower foot and don’t like the 5 lug shoes as much because my foot slides around, but these are perfect. Twice the lug part of the sole has come unsealed from the rest of the shoe but that usually doesn’t happen. Overall love this model.

This model of shoe hasn’t failed me yet. I appreciate this version’s nod to Newton’s colorways of yore - I feel like I’m back running in my distance shoes from 2013. I love the way my feet feel in these: light, fast and free.
