To qualify, you must provide proof of military status or current employment in a police or fire department. A .mil or .gov email address is sufficient proof of status.
To be approved into the program without a .mil email address as proof, please provide the appropriate information in the eligibility box below, and someone from Newton Running will follow-up to verify your eligibility.

*Please note that once your email has been approved, you must log into your account at newtonrunning.com to benefit from the promotion (no discount code needed). Also we can only extend this offer within the United States or via APO/FPO/etc... and some promotional and product exceptions may apply.

- Certain items such as marked down product, limited editions, gifts cards and other items may be excluded from the program
- Eligibility for the program is completely non-transferable and Newton reserves the right to revoke status at any time for any reason
- Enrollees are permitted to buy shoes for themselves and a member of their immediate family. Please contact us if your needs exceed that. But Newton reserves the right to investigate and or restrict purchases that involve sizes/models outside enrollee's established history in any amount based on circumstances.
- Returns and exchanges may be limited due to circumstances. Generally speaking we are always happy to work with you to find the right pair for you but generally returns/exchanges are limited to 1 shoe per order and no more than 2 exchanges total per year. In some unique circumstances it may be necessary for the customer to send the product back at their own expense.
- Program is intended exclusively for specific individuals enrolled and Newton may at it's discretion periodically review specific customers status and eligibility.
