Newton is committed to your satisfaction, and all shoes bought from Newtonrunning.com in the USA can be returned for any reason with as much or as little wear and tear on them within 30 days of purchase. Need a different model/color/size—no problem, just contact our customer care and we’ll get you taken care of. We provide free shipping for returns and exchanges within 30 days.
We are also happy to help with matters of potentially functionally defective product, from either Newton Running or an authorized Newton Running retailer in the United States providing proof of purchase is supplied dated within 6 months.
If purchased from a certified Newton retailer then please start by returning the shoes to the place of purchase for the quickest service. In the event you need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll be happy to see what we can do to help.
For shoes purchased from 3rd Party Online Market Channels (eBay, Amazon, etc.) please be advised that we will not be able to assist with any form of exchange or return unless purchased directly from one of our authorized retailers, as we cannot assure these goods meet Newton Running quality standards due to the proliferation of counterfeit, used and fraudulent goods. So please make sure to buy from Newton directly, or one of our authorized retailers.
Newton Running’s warranty will not cover product purchased via unauthorized third party retailers. Please reach out to the original retailer of purchase if they were not purchased through newtonrunning.com, a Newton Running authorized retail store or a Newton Running authorized online retailer.
For international orders, circumstances are dictated by the specific country, please email customer service if have a specific question.
We will attempt to work with customers to ensure happiness but any other reasons for return are not guaranteed so please contact us in advance of purchase if any questions.
*All returns must be done in full accordance with this policy and the Terms of Service, failing to do so voids eligibility of both customer and purchase in all regards for refund, exchange or warranty coverages.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Please note that this return policy only applies to and within the USA and and product purchased therein and returns initiated within 30 days of purchase.
*Refunds only applicable to purchases made on NewtonRunning.com, and can only be credited to original account, any order approved for return must be returned within 30 days of authorization or authorization is void.
*Exceptional circumstances such as theft, damage, etc... may require investigation before acceptance.
*Product approved for return outside of these guidelines due to exceptional circumstances will incur a deduction for return shipping costs upon refund.
*Customer agrees that when engaging in a product exchange or replacement, they will ship back any goods within 15 days of receipt of label in the exact condition portrayed originally in the return authorization or warranty claim request. Customer understands that failure to do so may result in an additional charge on method of payment equivalent to the cost of any unpaid goods and additional shipping charges incurred in the process.
*Any customer violating this policy directly or via adverse action waives all coverages and privileges granted under Newton's policies for all future purchases permanently and all sales will be considered final moving forward.
